Mine is really severe and combined with depression... I am on losing ground.

I really think about just burning all my stuff. Idk how to cope anymore.

Ideally I would have some closed closets for my shit. But to expensive tbh.

I had it too and I got vaccines for it for 2 years, once a month. It got better, but didn't disappear until I switched to an antiinflammatory diet (WFPB).
