I'm doing a degree in pharmaceutics and I don't have the motivation to give a shit about it anymore. I fucking embarrassed myself in inorganic chemistry yesterday when I couldn't even find the moles of HCL or Naoh when the quantitative numbers were known except for the unknown value. It was such a simple, basic equation that those studying chemistry in High School would be able to learn in less than 2 weeks with a formula of Moles per litre. It's minor shit like this that makes me doubt whether I'm capable of finishing my degree as a sexless and genetically undesirable subhuman. Even the lecturer threw her eyes up to heaven for 1 second when I asked her how to calculate molarity/concentration of the solutions again because it's been months and months after the lockdown and I genuinely forgot. :feelsrope:

Is it worth completing this degree? I'm already 2 years into my 4 year degree and I just can't stand doing online lectures anymore. I may be verbally intelligent but my mathematical ability is fucking laughable and pathetic. Additionally, I have no fucking friends, girlfriend (Sick of being around femoids and their male worshippers), attending labs with a girl that rejected me as I tried leaving the friendzone (She hates me and doesn't say hello) and I'm barely passing my exams. I'm thinking of dropping out next year and applying for something in the financial/banking sector like an apprenticeship. Anyone have any thoughts? What degree did you do or what do you work as? Is it a good job or were you lied to about the rewards at the end? How was your experience as a STEMcel in college if you remember?

Complete it. It seriously will not get better if u decide to drop out. I have to retake this year because i failed to write my thesis. Do not drop out! Unless you want to wage slave at ur local supermaker and believe me retail makes you want to kill urself

I mean, if you're already 2 years in then you might as well suffer through and finish it. Besides, pharmacy is a decent way to moneymax. Then again, I know people who've dropped out and went to trade school and now they make bank.

Complete hell. Not only I have 0 motivations for everything but I also get treated like shit from the professors just because I'm an ugly male.

If I could get neetbuxx I would, but sadly I cannot and so I'm forced here :feelsrope:

Complete it so you can moneymaxx.

I've neetbuxx during my ''gap year'' before college. It's a horrifying experience. Don't neetbuxx unless you are certain that it's 100% over for you.

I went to school to try and get a physics degree. Worst decision of my life. I'm a lowIQcel, so I dropped out in disgrace and thousands in debt.

Just try and power through it, are you in the UK?

Somehow get through.

I would say that you should continue, but it's ultimately your decision. Sorry for the late answer.

a) Doubts about your intellectual capacities:
Have you seen the state of university? Retards get degrees all the time: I know people who never got molar calculations and who couldn't identify ivy if their lifes depended on it and they are all still there - they had far more years of education than you, but still couldn't do it, you shouldn't give up so soon.
This subject is hard for you, but everyone struggles with certain subjects (physics was the stuff of my nightmares, especially electricity, magnetism and optics and I had to become an autodidact for chemistry because I never had the subject in school).
Don't give up, you can do it. I would recommend youtube videos for basal stuff (for example: Prof. Dave) and as shit becomes more difficult you can always read a book where things are very well explained. Don't give up yet.

Here some good channels I used for chemistry:
Professor Dave Explains - YouTube
Chem1305 &1306 Solutions - YouTube
The Organic Chemistry Tutor - YouTube

Furthermore, everyone forgets about shit. Just read it up before the exam and don't give a fuck about some slut who rolls with her stupid cattle eyes. I also have problems with percents (%) and have to read the shit up before every exam with lab work. I have the same problems as you: My verbal IQ is decent, my performance IQ is extremely low.

b) Lacking friends/girlfriends:
I cannot help you with that stuff, but in every job/education females get that level of attention. One whore that hates you doesn't mean anything. I also met some whores. Especially back in my anatomical lessons. It was an open secret that everyone copies the anatomical drawings of other people and as I tried to do, she tried to report me and acted all aggressive. I didn't even know that whore, but still. Whores are whores and no job in this world is different in that regard.

Ultimately it's up to to decide, whether you like to graduate in that field or not, it should not be a question of the people in that field because people are roughly the same (especially women). Hit me up, when you have problems with chemistry, don't fear using books (if your university is one of the asshole ones that doesn't provide online access to books use Libgen or another site for free access or hit me up and I can look at the online libraries of my university, I personally liked to use the books of Charles Mortimer and Theodore Brown for learning inorganic chemistry, I read them in my native language and they were an absolutely good read, don't know whether the English versions get so many updates as ours).

As I was studying to become a biologist I have seen shit you wouldn't believe. People in their late education didn't know that the slow worm was a lizard, others couldn't tell me what ivy is, others didn't even know that whales were mammals and others wanted to tell me that you need to incubate plants at >500°C to isolate their pigments, etc. - I am not kidding you. These people are all about to graduate/have graduated. I have had some problems with others: One guy used to troll me/others by putting ice in labcoats, I helped him with a difficult subject and now we are pretty good with each other and I also had problems with the whore from anatomy, but I never saw that slut again. My work is unironically the only reason why I didn't rope. I cannot tell you about other fields of work because I only ever worked in STEM.

This. Unless he really hates it there. Completing something just because you started it can be a sunken cost fallacy sometimes.

Thank you for the detailed answer. Yeah, I heard that they inflate grades in American colleges (Assuming your American but I don't think you are) in order to maintain their numbers and profiteer off the students. That explains why so many retards are strolling around on the college campus who have no clue about their field of choice. My inorganic chemistry class specialises in spectrometry as it deals with the analysis of substances/solutions with a spectometer, and I do find it slightly interesting but the next sentence will reveal why I struggle academically. The real problem for me is the lonely, crippling social isolation because of my Asiatic features and high verbal IQ. I'm not recognised as European because my eyes look Asian apparently. So, I'm no different from an ER hapacel/Japanesecel trying to fit in with an European population. I tried asking a Polish foid from Warsaw who joined my course out on a date last year and it was a bad move (rejected). It's awkward as fuck even being near her in the lab now and she actively avoids me which makes you feel like shit tbh.

Every friendly acquaintance I met gradually dislikes me as time progresses. I don't even reveal that I'm an incel or on the right of the political spectrum. They simply detest me because I've inherited genes that code for an average height or Asiatic-European eyes. They subconsciously hate me for some reason but I know that it must be a genetic reason and has nothing to do with my personality. Have you ever studied Social-Darwinism, eugenics or racial science? I'm curious to know what you think of the forbidden branches of science as a biologist. Do you recognise them as real or pseudoscience? I personally think the scientific laws of Social-Darwinism applies to humans as much as it does to animals/mammals. It's pretty much obvious at this stage, in my opinion.

I barely read books unless it's political like Mein Kampf or something. I've never read a book on scientific theories or whatever. I've watched the organic chemistry tutor youtuber to help me with chemistry/physics and stuff. That guy is a fucking science God amongst men. I'd prob have failed college right now if it wasn't for him.

I have an engineering degree.

I have a stem degree but I butchered it and ended up working in a completely unrelated field. I'd say don't drop it unless you have the next best acyion sorted out. Which I am sure you don't, otherwise you'd hve dropped long ago. Just try to sit down, read and understand the concepts. Take help from youtube lectures.

I have some experience in basic chemistry so you can ask for help.

I will be graduating with a biology degree in spring. Used to have a minor in Chemistry but dropped after taking the second course before the upper levels. Chemistry is impossible for me. Like the most basic concepts are so hard to remember because you learn a galaxy's worth of new facts every week. I wanted to be a doctor and go to medical school but suffered through Calc 1 and just barely passed with a 70.7. Then I was forced to withdraw from my Chem course because I couldn't keep up with the course work and it was affecting my performance in other classes. Then I took it again and passed but it ate away my social life because I spent so much time studying for the class. Realized I didn't want to suffer through 5 more upper-level chem courses so dropped the minor. Took stats instead, and dropped pre-med since it requires so much calculus and chemistry :feelsrope:.

Now I'm gonna be left with a degree in Bio (which can kinda be useful/useless depending on what you do with it). Only thing I can legitimately get is a lab tech position (which doesn't really pay well where I'm at) or try to get into sales (i'm too introverted but I'm gonna force myself to get into sales/put myself out there). Pharma Sales and Med device sales is very competitive though and you need to be in good already and have connections for it, and I have zero. Haven't even started applying for positions because of COVID since a lot of employers are apprehensive to hire new people with everything going on, so I'm just gonna see what happens when I graduate. Might end up working a wage-slave job completely unrelated to the degree if I can't use it jfl.

I wanted to be a streamer/youtuber since it was something I'm genuinely interested in but I don't have an interesting enough personality, I'm too high inhib to do stupid shit for attention, and my parents forced me to finish the degree and they want me to go back and get a master's (fuck me I hate school). I know streaming is a "pay-check to pay-check" type job and isn't really a stable stream of income but I'd rather do something I love for a "pay-check to pay-check" type salary than work a wageslave job that pays the same way tbh.

Just my experience, but have you thought about what you'd like to do if you do get the degree as well a what you'd want to do if you don't get the degree? (I was in your same debacle my sophomore year where I hated my 1st year and just wanted to drop out).

EDIT: Just realized this guy was banned JFL :feelsseriously:but I already typed this essay out so I'll leave it here for any other STEMcels that might need it.

I am in the third year of my STEM degree. I hate it this year because of the online learning, it makes it impossible to learn anything.

Also JFL at not being able to do a simple mole calculation. You pharmacy students are always so low IQ

I have bio degree chem minor

It really doesn’t matter lol

Same but I think it has to do with IQ
