I just switched from qwerty and it is so painful to type now (took me like 5 minutes to write this ), but I am sure it's worth the switch; nothing else to do anyway. BTW changing caps lock to backspace is goated, it feels so much more natural than having to stretch my right pinky 3 miles after every mistake.

Never tried it before, took me a while to even learn qwerty when I was younger, btw you are close to 300 posts, come on man you can do it. Reach the sewers and join the postmaxxers there.

Why

It is supposed to be better for your wrists and ever so slightly increase typing speed. Unlike QWERTY (which was designed just to be functional on a typewriter), colemak was specifically designed for keyboard use.

yeah, funnily enough I just learned qwerty a couple of months ago and was at 70wpm for 60 seconds. Figured I should make the switch before I became too accustomed to qwerty. I'll try to get to 300 tonight so I can officially LDARmax
