Recently and sometimes in the past I wake up and am fully retarded, I think whatever dream I had or random thought was real and so take this example for the one I had today, so when I woke up today I actually thought I could spectate people like how you do in games.

It only lasted for the first 3 minutes of being awake but I woke up and told myself “hm where is my mom at?” and visualized in my head a third person spectator mode of her at the store for some reason.

It seems all mine relate to games I recently play aswell, when I was playing a lot of LEGO titles I woke up one time and tried to switch to another character

My most “normal” dreams are in games. I remember this one dream where I was basically in Doom and shooting up demons and stuff but they managed to reach me and I panic paused the game/dream. The menu didn’t cover my entire perspective so they were all frozen and I was just paralyzed and couldn’t move. I tried desperately looking for the option to quit the game but couldn’t find it. Cant remember anything else

Lmao this has never happened to me. I do have really vivid dreams though and can lucid dream. I think it's cause I know if I am dreaming or not so I never make this mistake.

brutal. i dreamt today that someone broke into my house, and that I couldn't find my dad, and that an anonymous person took my deceased father away since he was dead and died from undiagnosed cancer
