Went to the store after work. Of course a brutal assault of big ass in tight clothes everywhere, as always.

Now when I walk past these chicks I stare shamelessly at them and I have to hold my hand back from groping. The pull is really strong. Almost 35 here, and yes, I still feel such urges myself.

When you get older though suppressing or restraining oneself becomes harder. I hate this sexually repressed world we live in and I'm tired of living like a monk in exile.

You can have sleep apnea in two different ways ie caused by physical obstruction of the airway by too much tissue gathering and blocking things off or the other arguably scarier way which is your brain forgets to tell you to breath once you’re asleep.

These are abbreviated OSA and CSA ie obstructive sleep apnea and central sleep apnea.

In fat peoples cases they most of the time will have OSA and sometimes it can be improved or eliminated by weight loss or surgery to remove excess tissue from inside the mouth but not always.
