Srsly 10 out of 10 times. I fucking hate it. I dont like to sleep on my back anyway but its annoying when falling asleep in that sleeping position..

Anyone else have the same "problem"

No, I only get muscle spasms.

I usually sleep on my front, but I've had sleep paralysis twice, and both times when I woke up I was lying on my back. The first time, I was aware of a presence in the corner of my bedroom, and it came over and spun me so I was perpendicular to my resting position, then started pushing me towards the wall. I then woke up and felt a sudden jolt as I 'returned' to my resting position. The second time, I was aware of a presence bearing down on me, right in my face, and it started to lift the covers off me. I grasped hold of them and woke up and the covers were half off me.

Pretty unnerving tbh.

Sounds pretty exciting tbh. I wish I'd see more monsters during the sleep paralysis. Its a cool experience ngl but the first time I had sleep paralysis and saw monsters/demons I was scared asf

tfw no big tiddy monster gf to watch over you as you lay in bed

y even liv?

This happens to me sometimes and I only sleep on my back tbh.

Occasionally I'll go through phases of randomly waking up to a mini seizure. Like my head going left to right. It's pretty weird...
Also when you fall asleep and you feel like you are falling through your bed. Scary shit...

I can't even fall asleep on my back for whatever reason.

I find it easier to sleep on my side tbh

I've only had sleep paralysis once in my life, it was on my back, too.
was scary af. I thought someone was chocking me.

I feel like something similar happens to me tbh. I sit on my back straight as a rod towards the ceiling and then I wake up ten minutes after going deep into sleep with my entire body buzzing. My ear hurts due to a buzzing sound while my eyes can't see anything but darkness. Even my fucking body doesn't hear my command when that shit happens.

Dafuq is it?

Try sleeping on your side if it bothers you. If you like that experience though I suppose you should just keep sleeping that way.

I don't really want to experience a similar event anytime in my life soon. Shit was unnerving as fuck.

You should try your side then. I haven't even been able to sleep on my back since I was a young toddler so it should be fairly easy for you to make the transition.

Yup, I feel more tired when I wake up after sleeping on my back anyway. Just that my body hurts after I sleep in the same position for a while.

I almost always get it when I sleep on my back.

yeah i got it one time when i accidentally fell asleep on my back i always sleep on my stomach though so it doesnt bother me as much
