When I am down I feel like beaten with a stick on the whole body and it doesn't go away. I know what I am talking about as a back in the day hobby kickboxer.

yes and it's common, otherwise how is it possible that getting good news will restore your energy level to maximum? being low spirited unironically drains energy and amplifies pain
