I’m in my mid 20s

i live in Australia
got a comp sci degree
worked for 2 tech startups and a medium level domestic micro services company

im struggling to get a front end role
i get interviews but the recruiters look at my gap in my resume - 15 months and don’t give me a chance

is it too late?

should I just get a masters degree and get into data science?

Mid 20s is never a late age tbh

You need to remove that gap never show a gap you will be judged socially and in knowledge for having gaps in your life as a male

I've never had a job.

Are you willing to compete by telling them that you are okay with a lower salary?

Once you get more experience under your belt you can ask for more.

Unfortunately this is the job market now. We are told that there's a huge shortage of workers, biggest lie fucking ever
