I get periods of my life where I feel happy for no reason and it’s so uncomfortable. I enjoy being miserable, I enjoy being an incel. Because if I’m not miserable then I have no identity it’s all I basically have left

Maybe its because I've been like this for too long, but if I wasn't wallowing in sadness and misery I wouln't have an identity. Its almost like it is who I am which I am fine with tbh. Its the anxiety that is problematic

Not even cope I'm too much of a coward to rope unfortunately. There was a time in my life where I was very close to it but I backed out. Ever since them I've been apathetic about life with the occasional breakdown
