Idk, but my brain has been feeling slow and foggy for quite a while now. It's only getting worse and worse. My memory is worse, I can't find the proper words when I'm speaking, I feel sluggish, I can't get my thought in order, I'm easily distracted and my thoughts jump from one thing to another. There's this haze that sort of covers my mind, it's like I'm half-asleep.

Anyone else feeling like this? I hope it's not brain damage from all that drinking I did a couple years ago, cause that was pretty gruesome, and that's right around when it started.

Yes and I dont care. I love LDAR.

Probably due inactivity exercise

I've been having the same issue, been failing classes as a result.

Don´t worry, it's not brain damage. It occurred the same to me, especially when I was coping with traditional western style remedies (games, music, etc.). It's your brain craving for copes as a defensive mechanism to numb you and cancel out pain. You will recover, provided you stop LDARing with copes, at least for me worked like this. You´ll enter in recovery mode probably in a week, but you should feel better from the second day. Problem is, copes and LDARing are very addictive.

Of course, while LDARing with copes on the short term can help face emergency situations, the mentioned defense mechanism doesn't work on the long term, and it reminds me the terminal burrowing that occurs when someone is freezing to death and he's close to die.

I lose track of time

It tends to occur frequently.

Yes I am soo glad other have touched on this, it was beginning to worry me. I think is just our brains getting fucked up due to depression.

My brain has turned into slush due to self pity, anhedonia, anger, depression and hatred of everything, can someone please give me a new brain oh wait that's right a full brain transplant is impossible to do

Yes bro, I’m definitely not as cognitive as I used to be. I just don’t care anymore.

Yes this is a natural consequence of LDAR

my brain have been slow and foggy because of all the crap that happened to me in the last 6 months

Yes bro I feel like my IQ is dropping 1 point a day

Don't drink, do drugs, or LDAR. All of that shit damages your brain.

Not particularly. I've always been slow and had brain fog. LDAR'ing hasn't had much of an effect in that regard.
