Here is the thing. I think proportionally speaking there are more good-looking white women than asian women.
If you look at school photos of asian countries, you quickly realize that they are almost as sub-human looking as african or indians.

You have to realize that anime creators are using features of predominantly nordic, very White women to make their characters appear more attractive. Big bright eyes, bright hair colours, long legs, thin and tall body, very pale skin etc. ... anime women rarely ever look Japanese, they mostly look like cute Russian or Swedish teen girls.
