Serious Anyone else feel sometimes like they are in a dream or in a matrix ?

I sometimes have this weird feeling, that randomly appears where i question if i and everything around me really exists or if its all just a dream. Today i had this feeling at work, it appeared out of nowhere and i suddenly got the feeling that all this is just a dream and we are all not real. This lasted for a few seconds, until i got back to reality (is this even reality ?)
