Unless you're bulking for 2 years or you're roided up to the gills, most of the bulk you'll get is fat.

I dropped from being able to do around 8 at a time to just 1-rep sets though it's pathetic

if I lose it I'll have to go back to that fucking chair assist, which I should prob do anyway
