I kinda do this. Non-mainstream meats aren't usually things most people eat.

I'd try it all. I remember my uncle hit a rabbit with his car one time, so we ate roadkill rabbit Goulash, it was great.
I eat nothing outside chicken, lamb and fish. And yes, lamb is not "non mainstream". It's the ultimate muslim meat.
