Yes, I suffer from terrible waves of anger and wrath at times. It sometimes feels as if my blood is literally boiling and and the blood is shooting in my head and my eyes go wider and wider and I have such a fucking RAGE. But lately I get it more under control, thankfully. I just meditate, lol. And mindfully observe my rage. Where it is located in my body. How it feels. What color it has. From where to which direction it goes. Then I observe my breath. And ... yeah, it's basically like "Count to ten before you reply" lol.

I also know a lot of anxiety, which is just as bad. Fear and hate ... two of the feelings I suffer most from.
