No because when I did jiu jitsu there were plenty of guys like that and they got owned by 5'6 Asians that were dedicated and skilled I was more worried about them because losing to someone like that is worse than to a big in shape chad but truth is most chads not all of course do not like combat sports they mostly play basketball,football team based but the point is if you want to have confidence in those kinds of situations you have to put yourself in those kinds of pressure situations but in a controlled setting for example I did backyard boxing with friends and my brother who was very athletic hockey player and we went about 80% and that built confidence where I would have had no problem throwing down.
