You can literally do everything right and break zero laws and cops can set up a random checkpoint, pull your car off the road, and harass you for zero reason.
No the cops around my place are chill you only have to look out for the state troopers

i've never had many issues with my current local cops they are pretty chill, the state cops are a nightmare though
Not really, the main reason is cause I live in a big city so driving anywhere is kinda ass, you're bound to get stuck in traffic at some point.
