Konami fucked it all up as always, greed of not wanting to invest money in upgrading their games kills all their IPs. FIFA despite normies complaining that those games are always the same at least upgrade their technology and animations every half decade, well now without PES it may no longer be the case

i played both more than 10 years ago and since FIFA changed to better engine in like FIFA 10 on consoles (only since FIFA 11 on PC) PES started to look dated. Also lack of licensing hurt PES, as well as ball velocity felt slow and unrealistic.

Fifa 10 but before then PES was meant to be better (too young to remember) Fifa hasn’t been good in almost 10 years haven’t bought the last 2
