Most men need just a need nostril reduction and could probably gain a point. If you need a total nose job it’s probably not worth it.

I don't know how worthwhile it would be unless that was the only thing that was wrong with your looks. If everything was perfect except having a bad nose, then maybe yeah it would be effective. But if you're just plain missing the mark all round it would be a waste of money, (and an uneccessary surgery risk).

I used to wish I could get one for years when I was younger. Until one day the realization hit me that the problem wasn't just my ugly ass nose, but far more - and pretty much intractible.

Plus imagine if you went to all the trouble of rhino and afterwards STILL nothing changed regarding foid attention. That might ironically end up doing you more damage than good. Just some things worth thinking about before forking out a ton and putting oneself under the knife.
