Like, sometimes I’ll be on the bus, close my eyes for a bit, not to inherently go to sleep, but just to rest my eyes, and after a couple of minutes, I’ll squirm randomly/flinch and jump back up as if someone was attacking me, either because I see a face from a flashback or something, or I just feel unsafe.
