I don't think I've ever had a manager who I needed. None of the people I've reported to at any job over the years have been able to teach me anything, and all of them knew far less than the people they'd supposedly be overseeing.

It infuriates me how it's considered necessary for there to be some feminist or tall Chad in a position as the head of every department who does no actual fucking work but just gets paid to "manage" a bunch of people who already know exactly what they're doing. What the fuck is modern life.

Especially female managers. They are dogshit at explaining or managing anything, basically they tell you obvious things in vague language and expect you to magically fill in the gaps
