If high school tests prioritize elimination method and college tests prioritize raw skill and solving similar problems in the exam itself, what does work prioritize?

Yeah, overall it sucks and is pretty shitty. As a wagecuck you're one level above a bum or homeless person if society was a video game in descent of the seventh layer of hell.
