Search "model model" on Instagram and scroll. It's better on your phone but I take the actual screenshots on my pc

Just look for an Instagram model with not too many followers and not too many professional pics. At least some casual pics. Screencap some photos, ideally the background represents the city you're in. Make sure the Instagram arrows and stuff aren't in the Screencap. If you can rip videos from their profile that's good too for video loops..fill out the profile as much as you possibly can. If you want to go the extra mile get the profile verified. looksmaxx has a tutorial on that. If you get banned you may need a new device, sim card or number to try again.
