Any tips on losing fat? Trying to inprove myself

I have a VERY bloated face, not only does my dogshit genetics store a lot of fat on my face but my actual facial bone structure is wide and circular, my zygos are massive. I'm at 18% body fat and even tho that isn't "fit" other men at 18% bf don't look nearly as bad a I do. Anyway I'm looking to go until my face becomes chiseled (under 10%), it will help me go up 2 points, it wont fix everything, I will try fixing what I can.

But yeah I'm planning on cutting carbs completely, no bread, only fruits veggies and protein. I don't know how many times a day or what workouts I should be doing, I can't go out jogging because its -20 outside. How long would it take? Less the  6 months right?
 
ANYTHING HELPS. I feel like it isn't fair to call myself a truecel without losing weight, the number one thing inceltears criticizes us for is "not doing anything to improve ourselves" so I will improve myself, and see how girls respond. Regardless I'm not doing this for women, I'm doing this for myself, so I don't feel like a complete loser. If anyone looksmaxxed, please leave tips. If I succeed I might post pics on here, but I fear of becoming a meme, kek.



This is unrelated to the thread so you can stop reading, but incase some of you are curious as to what makes me ugly, here...
-face shape
-eyebrows aren't full and aren't even, they also make me look angry
-slight negative canthal tilt, and I just noticed I have very big eyes, almost bug eyes
-receding hairline, hair has zero volume whatsoever
-big lips, as big as jay z but they don't fit me 
-kind of weak chin, looks even smaller due to the massive lips
-my head shape is repulsive, it's long from the back, looks like an alien skull
-I have dermatitis, look it up on google images, makes skin around nose red and flaky, apparently has no cure, can be controlled tho
-framcel, my hips are wider then my shoulders, making me just plain stupid

Tried okCupid, couldn't get matches with girls using my pics, so I used some Chad lite dude I found on Instagram, once I got matches, I sent pics of a bunch of different guys to the girls, one if the  pics being me, and asked the girls to rate the pics of the guys, none of thm gave me anything above a 3. I knew telling them that was me would make them go "you're not that ugly, just be confident" and they would give me a 6 (to not hurt of feelings). Since they didn't know I was the guy in the pic, the girls didn't feel bad giving an honest rating, that's the reason /r/amiugly is bullshit, every one in the world is a chad according to them. 

I would not be surprise if I'm th ugliest guy here tbh.

Going to a cold country or just not eating are probably the easiest
 
I stuck to eating Eggs, Bacon, Stake, Chicken, and Veggies and got my weight down but 20 pounds and it was not to hard. At first I would get headaches from not having any carbs but they went away after a week.
 
If you're serious about quick fat loss, look into water fasting. I'm on day six and already looking close to a fresh slate torso, Lost about ten pounds in five days just meditating and practicing being social online. 24-31 days is my goal. After less than a week my 24 year old face looks younger than it did in HS. Water fasting and the cyclic fasting diet make a lot of skin problems fuck off, there's a guy on YT who recommends it for dermatitis and eczema. The hunger isn't even as bad as regular hunger and goes away with water, after about a week it's easy to ignore. It has an effect on your mind though. I suggest being spirituality prepared, you will have sad, depraved, and helpless thoughts intensified for a few days, probably stronger than you've ever had in your life. It's worth it if you have the right state of mind to benefit from facing that shit once and for all, I felt fucking reborn after capturing that dungeon. If you're interested, do a lot of research first and know your limitations if you have medical conditions.
 
Building muscle mass. It makes you look fatter at first, but it speeds up your metabolism, so losing weight is much easier becaus eyou don't have to change your diet as much.

Every time I gain weight and feel fat, I cut the carbs for some time and my body magically becomes lean again.
 
What are even carbs i havo no idea. I would also want to lose some weight because im a bit fat.

doesnt really matter which method you chose because they all aim for that, its just personal preference
I recommend low carb + intermittent fasting too though

Just go full keto diet. That or just eat at a caloric deficit

You can reduce it a little bit with plastic surgery, but its still often a good thing.
 
Start jogging (or walking at least) a few miles every day
 
Cope cope cope, just eat what you like it makes no difference anyway.

Carbs are still important for general health so don't cut them out entirely, but you can choose "healthy" carbs over shitty ones.

The easiest way to fuck up a diet plan is by trying to go too hard all at once. You want to start making gradual improvements to your diet so that you aren't miserable and on the verge of caving in and splurging 24/7. Here are some minor fixes that can get you started.

1. 0 calorie beverages only. Examples: water, unsweetened ice tea.

2. Do not fall for the artificial sweetener 0 calorie meme. Aspartame is terrible for you and will make it harder for you to stay in shape because of its impact on your neurochemistry.

3. Make sure to consume foods with tryptophan, such as turkey, cottage cheese, and bananas. Bananas are reputed to be fattening but that doesn't matter if you consume fewer calories than you burn.

4. Try to gradually lower your caloric intake until you are below your expenditure EVERY day. Depending on your diet/level of activity now, this could take a long time or be a quick fix. The suggestion to do some walking/jogging is a great way to burn an extra 1-200 calories per day. Overall, lifting weights and HIIRT are the best ways to burn calories, but it isn't mandatory to do so to lose weight. Someone above said diet is 80% of weightloss - I've heard that it was 85%, either way, diet is king.

5. No fast food - not because it's necessarily making you fatter per calorie than other foods, but again it's because it affects your neurochemistry.

Those are easy rules to getting started towards weight loss.
