Good because quitting is pointless as an incel. I have 2 tips that have helped me with this:
1. Find something to do with your time that keeps you busy. It can be something productive or even something like vidya games. Games that require lots of attention and concentration are most effective, like first person shooters.
2. Take a piss whenever you feel the urge to goon. Sometimes your brain tricks you into thinking you're horny when you really just need to piss. It's like magic. I wake up wanting to goon, I go use the bathroom, and suddenly I no longer need to goon
