I remember once at the Job centre. (Neet bux authentication Police) I was sat opposite a work coach. (Informant) Then this old volunteer who I was set up to see came up behind me. Said to the work coach over my shoulder, in full volume, no Fs given. "This guy is hopeless. Look at the state of him." My work coach got upset. I then went to a Private room with him as if that didn't happen.
