Serious Any recommendation for safe long term anxiety medication?

I have to sort some stuff out like buying clothes etc. and then I probably have to go into the psychiatry, because mental health sector is underfunded in Germany and I can't wait anymore.

I have no clue about medicaments for anxiety tbh. Only know ADHD and depression stuff. Will they just give me SSRIs anyway?

I have Asperger, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, maybe Borerline or more. If you know any combinations that might help me.

Jew pills have all kinds of strange side effects. Weed is the treatment, but may also increase anxiety for some.

i pop valeriana 1000 mg keep calm in the day in the night for better sleep its cheap and not dangerous , it be good for social axious ppl .

im poor and i take valerian if i have money i will take kratom
