not according to my research most serial killers come from abusive and neglectful backgrounds (sociopaths) mental illness is another factor. There have been incels that have shot whole schools up. Some have also committed homicides (read books by Paul Britton, one of them talks about an incel that killed) they are not diagnosed psychopaths.
You dont have to diagnosed to be sociopath or psychopath, and despite you being abused or neglected doesn't mean your not psychopath. I would say the majority of psychopaths are not diagnosed by a doctor doesn't change the fact there psychopaths. You have to lack empathy to take a human life if your doing it for sport. I also think a lot more goes into creating mass murders/serial killers than dysfunctional families, I believe heavy metals and minerals imbalances/ lack proper vitamins also contribute to it and the way you cope in social settings like getting rejected. again your wrong you can be trained to kill, military men and police officers are normal people but in some instances they have to shoot to kill to protect innocent people.
