I have the exact same scar, on the exact same spot, in the exact same angle. He's my philtrummatch. Except mine is not as noticeable because my nosetip is really droopy and covers part of my philtrum. It's over for nosecels. 
Serious Any other philtrumcels here? I have a scar on mine, picture inside.

His broader than average philtrum is one of a cluster of physical abnormalities associated with autism. lulz
