This weird thing started happening to me a few weeks ago when i start to doze off ill hear a loud disturbing noise and a flash and its fucking terrifying. Laying in bed and falling aslleep was like my favorite time of the day and now i have to do it in fear hoping it won't happen. If i had gf in bed to lay in bed with it would help but obv that's never gonna happen. My sleeping cope was taken away from me

No but whenever I’m so tired that I black out the moment I hit the bed I hear whispering or piano music and then I snap back into consciousness. So a pleasant version of what you go through.
