Been going back to the gym those past few days but lifting wieghts aint cutting it for me anymore.

Was thinking of practicing a contact sport like KickBoxing, Jiu Jitsu or even boxing.

Any of you found it was a good cope?

Not since I was a teen so long ago.

Did Judo for a while, but you can learn a lot from watching videos and practicing fitness on your own.

One day I might compete somehow, but I would think it starts with a high level of basic fitness.

Too low T to do that

I did judo that helped me build some confidence by throwing people around.

My dad forced me into bjj but I was shit

I rassle.

In my opinion don't get involved with a martial art for any reason other than wanting to get good at that martial art. It's not a form of therapy or a hobby (imo).

I want to, but every gym is gonna remain closed for the next 2 years

No because that's retarded. I could kill the best martial artist in the world with one bullet from a gun

All i did was tae kwon do and a bit of kickboxing
Don't do it anymore since it's pointless

I did a bit, it was pretty fun

I Took some kickboxing lessons over the years but that's pretty much it

Street fighter combos
