Is it safe to say that I am properly brain damaged from having bacterial meningitis immediately after birth due to whore mother and negligent healthcare system?

I am a NEET who rots at home since age 16, I am 21 right now. I am giga sperg, to top it all off I got an underbite and huge broken nose from a brat kicking me in the face and my mother never taking me to the hospital.

You could have an MRI done. However, children's, especially young children's, brains are much more plastic, so any damage incurred was likely regenerated.
