Been smoking sun up til sun down for a decade. I'm pretty much a full blown retard.


Was anyone here ever like me and quit? What did you notice? Should I quit? I wish I never started
 
For any addiction all symptoms die after a week, keep it up for a week, drink ORS, you'd not feel a thing
