Discussion Any ideas on how I can Russian Empire-Maxx more effectively?

Maybe I'm the first to use this term, but I've coined a new term related to rapid life improvement, which I call "Russian Empire-Maxxing".
With that said, are there any ideas you guys can think of for me to speedrun making my life better?
Sex won't happen. I've accepted that. But of the things I can do, what are some ways to achieve them?
