I just stopped going and my mom didn't really fight me on it. I couldn't handle the social problems anymore.

In Illinois you don't have to write a letter to the state or take any tests to be legally homeschooled. So technically I was still in "homeschooling".

No, I was just explaining the legality of it. I haven't had any schooling since I was 15. My mom accepted it and moved on.

Lets you pass high school.

For other countries, you could go to some adult education institute, and complete your high school diploma there.

Yeah, dad wasn't around because of a restraining order.

She's not low class, just really enabling and focused on my happiness. All she really wants is for me to be happy. She's said to me before she'd let me live with her as long as I want and never get a job as long as I'm happy.
