I'll confess - I don't know how to tie shoes and I am too lazy to tie properly. There are some people who can come up with XYZ/proportion formula when they see for example, between joints (say finger and hand); I doubt such an person would be incel. I do shitty work with working with my hands...

My Verbal IQ is merely slightly above the 99th percentile on scholastic tests (SAT and ASVAB) which would equate to a Verbal IQ of +135 and is one of my weaker cognitive abilities
But I also have trouble talking coherently and suffer from terrible verbal recall

Verbal IQ is utter bullshit and a social construct, not REAL intellect one is born with. I used to have an verbal IQ of 112 when I was fresh out of HS, and spent all day reading stupid shit online because I had no friends to go party with like my peers. Today, my verbal IQ is only about 90, and I'm just as retarded today as back then (I'm a slow learner at work and make mistakes that none of the other coworkers make).

My childhood nonverbal IQ at age 10 and adult scholastic IQ (ASVAB z scores converted into IQ points) are highly concordant with a +0.8 correlation
My MK (math knowledge) subset score on the ASVAB was among the highest of 35,000!!!
My Verbal + Math skillset was higher than the highest out of 5,000 Naval enlistees in a study I read

The current verbal IQ test isn’t reliable because it only tests your vocabulary knowledge, which is basically general knowledge. I think a better indicator would be to test your syntax or your ability to learn another language.

When I was tested as a child, one of the verbal subtests consisted of word associations. For example, you were asked what a job and a hobby had in common and why. Depending on the accuracy and depth of your answer, this contributed to your overall verbal IQ.

I always did well in school with word comprehension and many people remark that I have a very elaborate manner of speaking. However, academic success does not necessarily translate into having a stable career in your intended field.
