i saw some tutorials and stuff, it is on a par with the visualboyadvance in terms of practicality.

Download ad blocker and pop up blocker and look up the games you want with "download rom" at the end of the title

You should see some results

Flycast on Retroarch is what I use for Dreamcast. It performs poorly compared to other consoles, but it can at least play games.
