started using the misc on bodybuilding forums back in the early 2010's. that's when i started training and bulking up hard. subconsciously was bulking up too as a means to ascend.
but yea, bodybuilding forums seems like such a small subset of inceldom. ya basically just an entire forum dedicated to gymcels/gym maxxers.
i only started coming on here starting in the 2020's though, and it seemed like i whole new enlightening experience. seems like there's a whole lot more to be discussed here. and not only that, but it seems like stuff discussed here is a step or so ahead of the curve.
