I'm learning python
Any tips you want to give to me.

So I can have that clarity while I code ?

I know a bit of Python and enjoy writing little automation scripts on occasion. How new are you to the language or programming in general?

Yes I'm learning python since a month and about my progress I'm 33% done

What do you mean "33% done"? Are you working through an online course or something?

Kinda yes

Give me some tips if you have

I know @AsiaCel works in programming.

Me? I've done some before (mostly Python).

Best advice I can give is to just practice by writing code instead of just reading/watching videos. Make scripts to automate various computer tasks. If you want to learn a new concept, function, library, etc. you should supplement your learning by looking for ways to implement it into a project or just experimenting with it on its own.

I'm in my second year of programming school, we dabble in python, but it's overall web design/game dev. I can't call myself a programmer or coder, I don't feel confident in my skills just yet.

That very much true .
But doing a course is necessary to atleast learn the basic fundamentals

What concepts are you familiar with? I'm assuming you know about variables, functions, control structures, comparison operators, etc. Can you use classes effectively? Do you know any of the built in libraries? Do you have a solid understanding of each basic datatype and their methods (strings, integers, floats, booleans, lists, tuples, dictionaries, sets)?

I agree. Resources like w3schools and courses are very useful for learning new concepts, it's just that you need to supplement them with actual practical applications of what you learn in order to deepen your understanding.

So you have a solid understanding of most of the fundamentals? What projects have you made/attempted?
Not yet because I will first complete my course

You should at least attempt to make some basic projects to supplement your course, or you will struggle to actually fully understand the concepts you are taught. Have you applied what you have learnt in the course in any way?

Ok you know what I'm gonna make some projects

i've made games before and i hated them all

i do some web dev in typescript

Ask AI for some of the syntax, then do some loops yourselves. Things like pagination system are a great yet practical practice that you will be doing a lot as a professional developer.

AI gives you that flashlight in a dark forest. The problem is that you need to know what you're looking at and correct the AI (trust me it will ALWAYS get something wrong)

Spend $20 on Claude Code & never have to code again

NIGGA I HATE PROGRMANIG AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I WANNA ABOLISH EVEN TALKING ABOUT IT

Any thing associated with college/school is abhhored by me. If i learnt programming as a hobby i wouldn't have hated it but being forced to learn it has made me despise it like there is no tommorrow. All i fucking know is printf("herro world").

But anyways didn't mean to discourage you from doing what you wanna do. Good luck niggacelman.

printf("herro world").
Wrong code bro
It's actually

variable = "world"

print(f"Hello {variable}")

Output:

Hello world

Or simple better yet

print("Hello world")

Bruh don't pull my leg
Sure but my point is: what are you trying to prove correcting him?

And providing full code like its not something Gemini or other ai would have given him?
