Any experience with facial surgery?

I've been thinking about Jaw and Cheek implants. Not right now, but after I moneyMax and move to a third world country... I'll be an oldcel but maybe facial surgery + being rich in a 3rd world country will draw out some cute gold diggers. I want to be just good looking enough that some of the cute ones they pick me over other rich old dudes.

Does any one have any experience? Waste of money?

Don’t you have to have jaw surgery first? I’ve seen guys with both jaw and cheek implants, some looked fake. Surgery is good for making you look more human but VERY rarely will you go from say a 4 to an 8.

I've had two major face altering surgeries and they brought me from a 2/10 to a 4-4.5/10 which was life changing. There is nothing like being better looking. It's worth an immense amount. Even if you're not attractive enough to do well. You'll just feel better in your daily life to be in the normal range if you aren't to start with. It's very peaceful.

Before any surgery people didn't even make proper eye contact with me when I talked to them. Like it was painful for them to do so. In my current position, some people are even visibly happy with my appearance. I get compliments on some things about my appearance periodically from people who like me or want something from me. I would like my face to be even better but it would require risky further surgery so I'm just passing the time steroid maxing to get a six pack. Going for the Tobey McGuire body:

I figure that plus a 4-5/10 range face might be enough to make it through life and be comfortable. I'm already immensely more comfortable. I used to find any mirror painful to look into. I still don't like it but it's much better. I don't worry about my appearance all day. I just live more and do other things more.
