Preferably films you can find free online. I just watched The Platform 2 (no idea wtf was going on for most of it, but it was entertaining and the main chick was beautiful) and Orphan (which was decent).

Terrifier 1, 2 and 3.

28 Years Later.

Let the right one in.

The Thing (John Carpenter version with Kurt Russel and Keith David).

Invasion of the body snatchers or body snatchers both the Donald Sutherland 1970's version and the 1990's iteration.

Thank you.

I saw Let The Right One in years ago. I liked 28 Days Later (saw it when it first came out) but didn't care for the first sequel. I'm more in the mood for outright horror than zombie/creature feature fayre, but I'll take them into consideration.

The Descent.

It features some foids getting brutally killed by cave dwelling gollum look-alikes

Don watch the sequel tho...Its ass.

Seen it. It's really good, probably one of the best modern horrors. I might just watch the sequel actually, for the lols. I don't mind shitty horror sequels.

Google "Worst celebrity plastic surgeries". You'll be scared shitless.

Event Horizon- space horror starring Sam Neill and Laurence Fishburne, very good for it's time and still holds up.

In The Mouth of Madness- another great Sam Neill epic.

The Omen movies ie the originals more than any new version and the trilogy or one of them concludes with Sam Neill also as the AntiChrist adult version of the character I believe.

Shadow of the Vampire starring Willem Dafoe was good.

Salem's Lot is another good horror movie ie the one I'm talking about I believe is from the 80's and still holds up at psychological horror rather than depending on over the top constant gore effects.

Silver Bullet starring Corey Haim and Garey Busey is an oldie but a goodie.

The Lost Boys starring Keifer Sutherland is good too but not super scary if thats what you're actually looking for.

Lol

Red Dragon
Silence of the Lambs
Hannibal

You've probably seen the bottom two already but maybe not the top?

The Fly (1986) with Jeff Goldblum. The original was a 1950's B-movie, but the 1980's remake by David Cronenberg is much more focused on body horror and has much better writing. The sequel was ass, though.

The Blob (1988) Another good 1980's remake of the 1950's original, and it really highlights how much of a threat the pink mass of slime is as it is able to dissolve any biomatter it comes into contact with in gorey fashion.

Videodrome (1983)

Naked Lunch (1991)

Eraserhead (1977)

Se7en (1995)

A Serbian film.

Gummo

Human centipede

Midsomar

Heredity
Beau is afraid

The witch
The lighthouse

Sam Neil is an odd fetish to have. Seen The Lost Boys and I think The Omen. Don't think I ever watched Salem's Lot, I might give that a whirl.

Hannibal

I've seen them all. Hannibal is a bit crap but the other two are good. I liked them so much I was going to buy the books, but I'm too lazy to read. I've seen Manhunter as well. Isn't the TV show supposed to be decent as well?

The Stand mini series is good if you can find it.

The original IT mini series is also excellent (fuck that shitty remake starring that faggy looking Skarsgaard kid). Tim Curry should have won something for his portrayal.

The Salem’s Lot remake in the 90’s or perhaps early 2000’s possibly starring Rob Lowe might have been good ie I think I saw reviews praising it but since I’ve only seen the 80’s version that’s the only one I can vouch for.

Though if you’ve never seen John Carpenter’s The Thing you should drop everything and watch that first.

You won’t be dissapointed.

Dr. Sleep was a great follow up to the Shining.

Something related to Japan. Always found that more eerie than americanized ones.

Bram Stokers Dracula
Interview with a Vampire

Also I used to think M.Night Shamalammadingdong was a hack and still kinda do but…

A Knock at the Cabin
Old
The Village

Are all decent offerings with my favorite being the first as Batista practically carries the movie all by himself.

Don’t get me wrong the rest of the cast are competent actors but he really shines in this one as Leonard.

I think I’ve heard it be praised but I refuse to watch it because I can’t see that guy as Lecter.

It’s not one of those only Anthony Hopkins can play him things with me either as I accepted Brian Cox in the role just fine as well but just can’t see the TV show dude in the role as he’s simply got the wrong look for the character.

He would be better served (pun intended) as one of Hopkins Lecter’s victims I think.

Genre fell off beyond the age of 8 tbh

Oh I only have a Sam Neill fetish for Jurassic Park lmao.

His horror movie offerings simply coincidentally involved him.

Anyway hilariously enough he might be in another excellent psychological horror thriller that I loved in the mid to late 90’s called Sphere which was an adaptation of the Michael Crichton book I believe.

The house that Jack built, August underground, every saw movie except for spiral, child's play, creep and creep 2.

Red Dragon
Silence of the Lambs
Loved these. It hasn’t even been that long since I first watched them and I wanna watch them again.
Dr. Sleep was a great follow up to the Shining.
This movie is so damn underrated. I saw the trailers in 2019 but I didn’t end up watching it until 2021. I need to watch it again.
A Serbian film.
Human centipede
I unironically think these movies are good and I will stand by that.

Scream 1 and 4.
All the Halloween movies except for 5, H20 and Halloween ends.
Freddy vs Jason (not really a horror movie tbh but still a good watch.)
The babadook. I liked this movie despite it being the one to start the “elevated horror” trend which I hate.

I watched the first Human Centipede. Was alright. I'd watched the South Park episode about it beforehand (which, weirdly, unsettled me), but the film didn't have any real effect on me.

Jurassic Park I've seen plenty of times. The only other Sam Neill film I can think of is the one where he's on a boat with Nicole Kidman and Billy Zane keeps respawning to try and kill them.

Hatchet 1 and 2
