barely get any face acne but i get a ton of back and shoulder acne despite my efforts to prevent it.

Yup, even accutane didn’t get rid of it, combined with massive scaring too.

It’s something else to get pimples in your mid-30’s.

here. Back, shoulders and neck with really ugly acne scars. Plus face scars, but those are more light
Plus i get acne just with training one day. My skin is extremely sensitive to hormones

I had it when i was younger but it disappeared
