i feel disconnected from by body and my surroundings i get heart palpitations , burning feelings in hands feet and my leg also bounces uncontrollably for minutes at a time

thats me all the time...you re not alone...skipped heartbeats, i cant even exercise anymore.
My anxiety is so bad iam surprised i havent gotten a heart attack by now. NT society forces us autists to socialize in school, at work and everywhere its pure torture id rather just be killed off instead of having to endure this misery.
