I've had hives for years now and I get the rash nearly every week. It's caused by my anxiety and it's very irritating and uncomfortable. It's like my skin is constantly burning and itching and my skin gets covered in red blotches. Mental illness manifests into physical attributes. I'm disgusting on the inside and the outside and my body constantly reminds me of this. Complete genetic dogshit.

I had it too on my whole body in 2023 due to anxiety. Still get it till this day in lighter forms
