I use 60 mg prozac and sometimes use dideral. My depression level very high. what do you think about antidepressants?
I found most prescription meds gave me side effects i couldnt tolerate but i really like st. John's wort and i take that at least twice a week to keep functioning or i'll spiral into total dysfunctional rumination and obsession over everything that's wrong with my life.@RageAgainstTDL has had positive experiences with them.
Honestly, it depends on the person and you can only really see the real longer lasting results after a few weeks, after which the side effects have mostly or fully subsided.
I think that is a good sentiment to haveBetter drugs than going insane.

It's mind control. Maybe you want a little mind control as a cope, I won't tell you not to. But, I wouldn't do it myself. It just deadens your senses.
What are they names chemicals? Not worth the inevitable withdrawals, and mostly useless since they do not fix your real problems yet makes you uncomfortably docile. If you want to feel good there are other chemicals compounds which do a better job at that.
Psilocybin, LSD, DMT are neat. They can obviously be overwhelming if taken recklessly, but go easy and you will have some of the most detached yet interesting copes around. Do not go the dopamine junkie-route, if you lack willpower. It will become an additional burden upon your life, and you will crave it increasingly as it does so.What are they names chemicals?
I have all those symptoms to one degree or another, JFL. But I haven't taken SSRIs since I was 16, so just about 9 years now, not sure it's related tbh.Symptoms of Serotonergic damage are:
-apathy
-anhedonia
-dissociation/derealization/depersonalisation
-no motivation
-loss of social skills/no desire to socialize
-digestive issues
-flashbacks of whatever you were taking
-thoughts of suicide
SSRIs seem to be placebos with side effects
They can work but anything that affects your serotonin levels (mdma, ssri's, dxm, tramadol etc.) can cause very hard to reverse damage to your serotonergic system.

Take it from me boyo, you don't want to fuck up your serotonin system.
