Dont get me wrong, I enjoy quite a bit of gooning and gaming myself. And I believe the two are connected in a way (thats a different discussion), but it seems like gaming figures like Mark Kern and Pirate Nation only say we can own the libs and fix gaming by gooning all the time.

I realize this is a visceral reaction to leftist developers who censor and uglify everything, but I care more about things such as intuitive gameplay, high-quality physical media, offline-focused experiences etc.

But that’s just me.

To me it's pretty silly, taking the issue of not being able to goon to female characters in video games and framing it as "everything that is wrong with modern gaming". Especially their examples of games that "show how it's done" are gooner bait chinese gachas. Or some cringe jap shit that I refuse to take seriously.
