I should be clear, this is not in any way an endorsement of rape, but a mere suggestion that anti-rape devices such as Rape-aXe should be banned. Oftentimes leftists will say they're not pro-crime, but they're pro banning guns even for self-defense purposes. I'm going to use the same line of reasoning but mine actually makes more sense than banning firearms.
1) Cruel and Inhumane:
In case anyone doesn't know, the Rape-aXe is a plastic device with inverted barbed spikes. The device is inserted into a woman's vagina so if a man tries to rape her, it will latch onto his penis. It will be impossible for him to take off without destroying his penis with the barbed spikes. He will be forced to turn himself in to the police in order to get it off. I find it so ironic how if one set up a spiked trap like this for a burglar, or shot someone entering their house, they'd be criminally charged, but toilets can set up medievil torture devices and get away with it under full legal sanction. If I assault someone breaking into my car, I'm getting charged, but if a toilet sicks a spiked torture machine onto a man's penis she's just defending herself.
2) Gender inequity:
Because vaginas are inverted, toilets can get away with hiding the Rape-aXe where the rapist won't even know it exists until it's too late. Due to biological differences, it's impossible for a man to do the same. If a man had a Rape-aXe that attached to the penis, obviously with un-inverted spikes, a potential female rapist would see it long before it got stuck in her vagina. If we are so concerned with "gender equity", why are we allowing toilets to protect themselves with a device that would be impossible for a man to put to use? Our society seems to only endorse things that benefit toilets over men, and I'm sick of the hypocrisy.
