I'm on anti-depressants and my sex drive is pretty much non-existent. I can go to Uni, write and rot in relative peace. Life is still painful but I can't imagine being a HighLibido-cel.

Depends. I use lexapro and shit feels like a daily micro dose of MDMA. When I took Prozac tho I just wanted to do literally nothing but nap all day

Most anti-depressants are not addictive. Side effects are pretty mild and some (like less sex-drive) is desirable unless you're a normie. I get mine for free here in Norway. I understand if you're hesitant though. I'm bipolar as well so I'm used to meds.
Junk food and sedentary lifestyle may too help to an extent.
I'm on SSRI too. It can lower true, but if you want to get rid off your sex drive try Androcur. It's basically chemical castration and it brings great relief!

Antidepressants actually increased my sex drive. Before I was on them I only jacked off 1-3 times per week and now I jack off 2-3 times per day.
I am on Fluoxetine.
I took zoloft for 2 months and quit. Before that I've been on multiple SSRI's but they never helped anything. They just caused OCD for me and a SNRI made me angry and borderline violent. Will never take them again
I will never take Jewpills. Even though I'm pretty depressed sometimes, but maybe it's just sadness, I was never diagnosed.
SSRIs are also good to kill "falling in love" symptoms.
While tappering off, I'm feeling emotional again and.. you know, it fucking sucks BEING AN INCEL and having emotions altogether. Imagine the fucking pain.
