Personally, I don't think of any of my days as wasted. Even if I had done something else with my time, it isn't as if that in that fact there were some potential utility that could have been created, but wasn't. At best, if I had done something more "productive" than reading or watching anime, all it would amount to would be a reduction in my disutility- not the creation of utility. I'm not really good at anything, and I imagine I'd end up being a burden if I tried to do other things.
Also, reading and watching anime are the things that bring me the most enjoyment. If, instead, I chose to do something more "productive", I would greatly reduce my well-being for a relatively small increase in the well-being of others. I'm not so sure that's what I want to do.
