Story Another Strange Dream

In this dream, I was walking down the street in some small city. I was in my neighborhood of sorts, and I was going to a gas station to get cigarettes of some kind. I also was then wearing a hoodie which said "United States of New Albion" which I assume meant some kind of alternate United States of sorts.

However, it took a wild turn when I saw Eric Cartman, yes literally in Cartoon form, riding down the street.

I then remember calling someone and heading back to my house, and that's it.

Yeah I've seen it before on alternate history maps, example:

It for sure was not Canada though, it looked like somewhere in the American West which explains the California bit(or pacific coast): It was kinda close to the sea but mountainous, in the background. And of course the name "United States" was present on something which suggests it has some parallelism to the actual United States of our world in someway.
